The problem: Austin based insurance agency recruiting efforts (indeed, LinkedIn, zip recruiter, etc.) not yielding results to meet company growth goals.

Step 1: Obtaining the right data. We obtained data of insurance agents already licensed, active, in good standing via .gov sites.
Step 2: Targeted campaign. We delivered the right message to the right people. We proactively targeted these licensed agents with an attractive message to join the agency, all delivered via phone and text.
The results: We reached annual recruiting goals within a MONTH. We saved the agency thousands of dollars in training, developing and licensing unlicensed hires. Agency realized revenues growth immediately since agents we recruited already licensed and experienced.
